Description
The Vent3 Pro is a premium-grade breather membrane designed to provide outstanding protection and ventilation in both roofing and wall applications. Featuring a three-layer construction, it comprises outer layers of high tensile spun-bonded polypropylene surrounding a microporous polypropylene core, allowing moisture vapour to escape from within the roof structure while preventing ingress of wind-driven rain, snow, or dust.
Its high vapour permeability and waterproof properties, coupled with excellent tear and tensile strength, make it ideal for use in all pitched roof systems, including warm and cold roof designs. The membrane features a distinctive green upper surface with pre-printed marking lines for precise alignment and a white under-face for clean installation.
Engineered for longevity, Vent3 Pro provides a permanent, durable breather underlay that will last the full lifespan of the roof structure.
