The Elevate V-Gard ALU1500 is an advanced vapour control membrane engineered for flat roof applications where insulation is mechanically fixed or loose laid. It features a reinforced aluminium foil combined with a UV-stabilised polymeric reinforcement and hot-melt adhesive backing, ensuring exceptional strength, dimensional stability, and secure bonding.
This robust construction resists foot traffic and installation damage, while the hot-melt adhesive layer provides reliable adhesion and strong self-sealing seams.
The UV-stabilised polymeric surface also offers temporary protection of the substrate under certain conditions, making it ideal for large commercial and industrial roofing projects.
V-Gard ALU1500 can be applied directly over metal and timber decks and integrates seamlessly with Elevate warm roof systems.
