The Rhenofol 90° External Corner is a pre-moulded PVC component for sealing and protecting external roof angles in Rhenofol PVC roofing systems. Made from Rhenofol C, it offers fast installation and dependable watertight performance.
The Rhenofol 90° External Corner provides a durable, pre-shaped solution for sealing outside roof angles, parapet corners, and perimeter junctions. Manufactured from Rhenofol C, the flexible, unreinforced PVC used throughout the Rhenofol range, it ensures perfect integration with Rhenofol CV and CGv roofing membranes.
Its pre-moulded design ensures accurate shape retention and reduces installation time compared with manually cut or heat-formed details. The result is a professional, watertight corner finish with excellent long-term performance.
Use with Rhenofol CV, CGv, and C membranes
Install using hot-air welding for a secure, permanent seal
Clean all surfaces prior to welding to ensure adhesion quality
Not suitable for cold bonding or solvent-based fixing methods
Keep in original packaging until required. Store in a dry, shaded area between 5–25 °C. Avoid deforming the product before installation. Warm gently if installing in cold weather to improve flexibility and ease of welding.
