The Elevate QuickSeam Pipe Boot is a pre-fabricated, self-adhesive EPDM pipe flashing designed to create a watertight seal around rigid pipe penetrations. Suitable for pipes ranging from 25 mm to 175 mm in diameter, it provides fast, flame-free installation and long-lasting durability for Elevate EPDM roofing systems.

The QuickSeam Pipe Boot is a factory-moulded EPDM flashing incorporating a self-adhesive QuickSeam Tape at the base for secure, watertight sealing. It is designed to integrate inlet and outlet pipes with Elevate EPDM membranes, ensuring reliable waterproofing around penetrations of various sizes.
Each boot can be trimmed to match the exact pipe diameter before installation, allowing flexibility on site. The material’s superior elasticity accommodates thermal movement, vibration, and building settlement without compromising the seal.
Ensure the EPDM membrane and pipe surface are clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, or contaminants.
Select and cut the Pipe Boot at the correct diameter marking for the pipe size.
Slide the boot down the pipe until the base flange sits flat against the membrane.
Apply Elevate QuickPrime Plus to the membrane area that will receive the boot flange using a Quickscrubber Pad & Handle.
Once the primer is dry, remove the release liner from the self-adhesive base and press the flange firmly onto the primed membrane surface.
Roll the flange with a hand roller to ensure full contact and adhesion.
Apply Elevate Lap Sealant around the upper edge of the flange for additional waterproof protection.
