The QuickScrubber Pad is a key component of the Elevate QuickScrubber Primer Application System, used to both clean and prime EPDM membrane surfaces prior to the installation of tapes, flashings, or other accessories. Its coarse, solvent-resistant texture effectively removes surface oxidation, talc, and contaminants, ensuring a clean, receptive bonding surface for Elevate QuickSeam products.
The pad can be used manually for small areas or attached to the QuickScrubber Handle for larger installations, allowing for more efficient primer application and improved coverage. This system ensures reliable, professional preparation for every EPDM roofing or lining project.
Attach the QuickScrubber Pad to the QuickScrubber Handle (if required).
Dip the pad into Elevate QuickPrime Plus primer.
Apply to the EPDM membrane using firm, even strokes, working back and forth along the seam or detail area.
Continue scrubbing until the surface appears uniformly dark grey (no streaking or puddling).
Allow primer to dry completely before applying QuickSeam™ products.
Replace pads when worn or after each project for optimal performance.
