The ISOGARD™ HD Cover Board offers exceptional performance as both a protective and thermal enhancement layer in flat roofing assemblies. Composed of a high-density PIR foam core with reinforced glass facers, it provides excellent compressive strength while maintaining a low weight for easy handling and installation.
This versatile board is designed to be installed over new or existing insulation layers, providing a smooth, stable surface for the application of single-ply membranes, BUR, modified bitumen, or liquid-applied systems. It acts as a barrier against hail, foot traffic, and mechanical stress, improving long-term waterproofing protection and system performance.
When combined with Elevate’s RubberCover™ EPDM or RubberGard™ EPDM membranes, IsoGard HD forms part of a robust, energy-efficient warm roof system with extended durability and reduced life-cycle costs.
