Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned in their original condition and unused.
• Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Bespoke or cut-to-length items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

🔔 Please note:

• It is your responsibility to ensure all measurements are correct at the time of ordering. Bespoke or cut-to-length orders are non-refundable.
• A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all other eligible returns, and delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Customers are also responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

Refunds

Once returned goods have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all standard returns (excluding bespoke or cut-to-length orders, which are non-refundable).

Refunds typically take 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
