Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition and unused.
- Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Bespoke or cut-to-length items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.
🔔 Please note:
- It is your responsibility to ensure all measurements are correct at the time of ordering. Bespoke or cut-to-length orders are non-refundable.
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all other eligible returns, and delivery charges will not be refunded.
- Customers are also responsible for covering the cost of return postage.
Refunds
Once returned goods have been inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds typically take 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank.
