The Kisner KADS Vertical Drain is a high-performance roof outlet designed for direct connection to standard downpipes. Available in 3” (62–75 mm), 4” (90–110 mm), and 6” (148–160 mm) sizes, it provides a secure, watertight drainage solution for flat roof systems.
The Kisner KADS Vertical Drain is engineered for efficient roof drainage through vertical downpipes, offering a highly reliable and watertight connection for EPDM roofing systems. Each drain is supplied with an integrated rubber gasket, allowing a tight, leak-free fit with existing pipework.
Constructed from high-quality polypropylene (PP), the KADS Vertical Drain is resistant to UV radiation, frost, and chemical exposure, ensuring long-term durability and performance under changing environmental conditions.
The drain includes an 18” square EPDM membrane flange for integration into the roofing system, creating a continuous waterproof bond between the drain and the roof surface. During installation, the EPDM membrane must be properly adhered to the drain flange using approved adhesive to achieve a fully watertight finish.

Suitable for connection to PVC, HDPE, or cast-iron vertical downpipes
For enhanced protection, use with Kisner KADS Drain Leaf Guards or Flexible Leaf Guards
Not suitable for parapet or horizontal drainage applications (use Kisner KADS Parapet Drain instead)
Store in a dry, shaded area between 5–25 °C. Protect from impact or deformation during handling. If stored in cold conditions, allow the product to acclimatise to room temperature before installation.
