The Elevate Quickseam FormFlash 18” is a semi-cured EPDM flashing tape designed for waterproofing large or complex roof details such as corners, pipes, penetrations, and drain outlets. Used in combination with Elevate Quickprime Plus, it provides excellent formability, high adhesion, and long-lasting weather protection for EPDM roofing systems.

The Quickseam FormFlash 18” is a semi-cured EPDM flashing laminated to a vulcanised Quickseam Tape backing, developed for sealing difficult or irregular roof details. The extra-wide 18” format offers extended coverage, making it ideal for larger penetrations, complex intersections, or custom flashing situations.
When applied with Elevate Quickprime Plus and installed using Quickscrubber Pads & Handles, FormFlash 18” provides reliable adhesion, superior flexibility, and a durable watertight finish. Its semi-cured composition allows easy shaping without stretching or distortion.
Ensure all EPDM and mating surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, and debris.
Apply Elevate Quickprime Plus to all areas to receive FormFlash, using Quickscrubber Pads & Handles.
Allow the primer to fully dry before installation — test by touching with a clean, dry finger.
If stored below 15 °C, restore FormFlash to room temperature before use.
Only Elevate Quickprime Plus may be used with this product.
On cool or overcast days (ambient temperature below 15 °C), gently warm the FormFlash using a heat gun to improve flexibility and formability.
On warm, sunny days, pre-heating is typically not required.
Once primer is dry, remove the release liner and carefully position the FormFlash over the prepared area.
Shape and press the flashing firmly into place, working around penetrations or corners to ensure complete adhesion.
Use a hand roller to apply even pressure and remove any trapped air.
⚠️ Important: Always use Elevate Quickprime Plus with this product. Do not stretch FormFlash — its semi-cured composition is made for shaping, not elongation.
