The Elevate QuickSeam Corner Flashing is a pre-cut, circular uncured EPDM flashing laminated to QuickSeam Tape, designed to seal outside corners or serve as a cover patch for repairs. Available individually or in packs of 20, it offers quick, reliable detailing with excellent formability and long-term weather resistance.

The QuickSeam Corner Flashing is a 216 mm diameter round patch made from uncured EPDM factory-laminated to a cured QuickSeam Tape backing. It simplifies the flashing of outside corners, terminations, and other small details in Elevate EPDM roofing systems, ensuring watertight protection and clean detailing.
The flexible uncured EPDM material conforms easily to irregular shapes and corners, while the factory-applied QuickSeam Tape provides consistent adhesion when used with Elevate QuickPrime Plus. It can also be used as a cover patch for small repairs on EPDM membranes.
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or contaminants.
Prime all EPDM and mating surfaces using Elevate QuickPrime Plus, applied with a Quickscrubber Pad & Handle.
Restore the product to room temperature before use if it has been stored below 15 °C for prolonged periods.
Use of alternative primers or cleaning agents is not permitted.
On cold days (below 5 °C), gently warm the QuickSeam Corner Flashing using a heat gun to improve flexibility and formability.
On normal or warm days, pre-heating is not necessary.
Once the primer is dry, remove the release liner and carefully position the Corner Flashing over the prepared area.
Press the flashing into place, ensuring full contact with the primed surface.
Use a hand roller to apply uniform pressure, working from the centre outward to eliminate air bubbles.
If used as a repair patch, ensure the patch overlaps the damaged area by at least 75 mm on all sides.
