The Quickseam 3” Splice Tape is a vulcanised rubber seam tape engineered for joining Elevate EPDM membranes and flashing materials on site. Its pressure-sensitive design ensures a strong, watertight bond when used in combination with Elevate Quickprime Plus and applied using Quickscrubber Pads with Handles.
Offering exceptional resistance to moisture, heat, and cold, Quickseam Splice Tape creates a permanent seam with superior green tack and long-term flexibility — even under extreme weather conditions.
Prepare the Surfaces
Clean and prime both mating surfaces using Elevate Quickprime Plus.
Apply the primer using Quickscrubber Pads with Handles to ensure even coverage.
Apply the Splice Tape
Position the Quickseam 3” Splice Tape along the primed area.
Press the tape firmly in place, avoiding wrinkles or trapped air.
Complete the Seam
Peel away the release liner while rolling the membrane onto the tape.
Use a hand roller to apply pressure along the seam to ensure full contact and seal integrity.
⚠️ Important: Always use Elevate Quickprime Plus and Quickscrubber Pads when applying Quickseam Splice Tape to achieve the correct bond strength and long-term performance.
