It forms a fully elastomeric, seamless membrane suitable for horizontal and vertical applications, bridging cracks up to 3 mm and ensuring long-term resistance to movement, vibration, and weathering. With excellent adhesion — even on damp or porous substrates — it provides a reliable, watertight barrier for a wide range of roofing surfaces.
Free from solvents and isocyanates, Polyflex MS offers a safer, more sustainable alternative to traditional polyurethane or bitumen-based products.
